These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://vh66dpdvkh0.c.updraftclone.com/ and your registration for or purchase of classes, products, and services from Firefighter Safe.

By using this website, submitting a registration, completing a purchase, or agreeing to these Terms during checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not complete a purchase or use the website to register for a class.

1. About Firefighter Safe

Firefighter Safe provides workplace safety training, emergency preparedness education, safety services, equipment support, confined space services, and related solutions.

Training options may include:

    • CPR, AED, and First Aid;

    • BLS Healthcare Provider training;

    • Fire Extinguisher Training;

    • Confined Space Training;

    • HAZWOPER Training;

    • Fire Brigade Training;

    • Active Shooter Training;

    • Fit Testing;

    • Workplace safety and emergency preparedness programs; and

    • Other technical safety training and services.

Available classes, services, locations, instructors, schedules, certifications, and course requirements may change.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase through the website.

If you register another individual, you confirm that:

    • You are authorized to provide the attendee’s information;

    • The information submitted is accurate;

    • The attendee has agreed to participate;

    • The attendee has been informed of applicable class requirements; and

    • You accept financial responsibility for the registration where applicable.

If you register employees or other attendees on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

3. Class Registration

Submitting a registration does not guarantee a seat until:

    • The required registration information has been received;

    • Payment has been successfully processed, unless another payment arrangement has been approved; and

Class availability may be limited. Registrations are generally processed in the order in which completed registrations and payments are received.

You are responsible for confirming that the selected class is appropriate for your employment, licensing, educational, or certification needs before completing the purchase.

Firefighter Safe can provide general information about available programs but cannot make final determinations for an employer, licensing authority, school, government agency, or other organization.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the applicable class, product, service, or checkout page.

Unless otherwise stated:

    • Payment is due when the registration or purchase is submitted;

    • Prices are stated in U.S. dollars;

    • Applicable taxes or processing charges will be displayed during checkout;

    • Registration is not confirmed until payment is approved; and

    • Failed or declined payments may result in the registration being released.

Payments may be processed through PayPal, PayTrace, or another payment provider offered through the website. Firefighter Safe does not control a payment provider’s processing times, technical systems, security procedures, or independent terms.

Firefighter Safe may correct pricing, scheduling, or description errors. If an error affects a completed purchase, we will contact the purchaser to explain the correction and available options. If the transaction cannot be completed under the corrected information, Firefighter Safe may cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.

5. Class Cancellations, Transfers, and Refunds

All registrations are subject to the Firefighter Safe Class Cancellation, Transfer, and Attendance Policy.

That policy addresses:

    • The 48-hour cancellation period;

    • Nonrefundable registrations;

    • Registration transfers;

    • Attendee substitutions;

    • Late arrivals;

    • No-shows;

    • Firefighter Safe class cancellations;

    • Low-enrollment cancellations; and

    • Refund processing.

The Class Cancellation, Transfer, and Attendance Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. If these Terms conflict with that policy on a class-specific cancellation or attendance matter, the Class Cancellation, Transfer, and Attendance Policy will control.

6. Class Schedules and Instructor Changes

Firefighter Safe makes reasonable efforts to provide classes on the advertised date, at the advertised location, and with qualified instructors.

However, Firefighter Safe may change:

    • Instructors;

    • Classrooms or training locations;

    • Course schedules;

    • Class start or end times;

    • Training materials;

    • Class capacity; or

    • Other administrative details.

Changes may be necessary because of instructor availability, facility conditions, weather, emergencies, equipment problems, low enrollment, or circumstances outside Firefighter Safe’s reasonable control.

If a material change occurs, Firefighter Safe will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees using the contact information provided during registration.

7. Attendance and Participant Responsibilities

Attendees are responsible for:

    • Arriving on time;

    • Attending the complete class;

    • Following instructor directions;

    • Participating in required activities;

    • Treating instructors and other attendees professionally;

    • Providing accurate registration information;

    • Completing required assessments or skills demonstrations; and

    • Following reasonable classroom and safety rules.

Disruptive, threatening, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the class without a refund.

Use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that materially impairs safe class participation is prohibited.

8. Physical Participation and Accommodations

Some classes include hands-on activities such as kneeling, practicing chest compressions, operating training equipment, wearing protective equipment, or performing physical skills.

Attendees are responsible for determining whether they can safely participate in these activities. Anyone who needs an accommodation should contact Firefighter Safe before the scheduled class.

Firefighter Safe will make reasonable efforts to evaluate accommodation requests. However, certain physical demonstrations, assessments, or participation requirements may be necessary to complete a course or receive a particular credential.

Attendees should not submit detailed medical records through a general website form.

9. Course Completion and Certification

Payment and attendance do not automatically guarantee course completion or certification.

Depending on the program, successful completion may require:

    • Full attendance;

    • Participation in hands-on activities;

    • Demonstration of required skills;

    • Completion of written or practical assessments;

    • Compliance with instructor directions; and

    • Satisfaction of requirements established by the applicable training or certifying organization.

Certification formats, renewal periods, expiration dates, and completion requirements may vary by course provider, certifying organization, employer, industry, or jurisdiction.

Firefighter Safe does not guarantee that a particular class will satisfy every employer, licensing board, school, regulatory agency, or jurisdictional requirement. Attendees and purchasers should verify the required course and credential before registering.

10. No Compliance Guarantee

Firefighter Safe provides professional, compliance-conscious safety training and related services. However, completing a class does not independently guarantee that an individual or organization complies with every applicable law, regulation, standard, employer policy, or site-specific requirement.

Employers remain responsible for evaluating:

    • Workplace hazards;

    • Employee job duties;

    • Applicable standards;

    • Written safety programs;

    • Site-specific procedures;

    • Equipment and PPE requirements;

    • Supervision;

    • Refresher training; and

    • Other workplace responsibilities.

Training should be incorporated into a broader workplace safety and emergency preparedness program where appropriate.

11. Website Information

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

Website articles, course descriptions, FAQs, and other materials do not replace:

    • Formal training;

    • Medical advice;

    • Legal advice;

    • Regulatory guidance;

    • Engineering analysis;

    • Site-specific hazard evaluation;

    • Employer procedures; or

    • Instructions from an authority having jurisdiction.

Firefighter Safe makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate. However, we do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Firefighter Safe.

Protected material may include:

    • Graphics;

    • Training descriptions;

    • Downloadable materials;

    • Page designs; and

    • Other original content.

You may view and print website content for personal or internal business reference. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Firefighter Safe content without prior written permission.

Course materials provided by a third-party training or certifying organization may also be subject to that organization’s intellectual-property restrictions.

13. Prohibited Website Uses

You may not use the website to:

    • Submit false or misleading information;

    • Register another person without authorization;

    • Make fraudulent purchases;

    • Attempt unauthorized access;

    • Introduce viruses or malicious code;

    • Interfere with website operation;

    • Circumvent website security;

    • Engage in unlawful activity.

Firefighter Safe may restrict website access, cancel fraudulent registrations, or take other appropriate action in response to suspected misuse.

Firefighter Safe does not control the availability, content, privacy practices, or security of independent third-party services.

Firefighter Safe does not guarantee that:

    • Every course will be offered on every requested date;

    • Completion of a course will satisfy every outside requirement; or

    • Training will prevent every injury, emergency, loss, or regulatory violation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firefighter Safe will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from:

    • Website use or unavailability;

    • Reliance on general website content;

    • Incorrect information submitted during registration;

    • Failure to verify outside certification requirements;

    • Third-party payment or technical systems;

    • Schedule changes outside our reasonable control; or

    • Misuse of training information outside the course environment.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent registration activity, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized use of Firefighter Safe content.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Firefighter Safe for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

18. Events Outside Our Control

Firefighter Safe will not be considered in breach of these Terms when performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include:

    • Severe weather;

    • Natural disasters;

    • Public emergencies;

    • Instructor illness or emergency;

    • Government orders;

    • Facility closures;

    • Utility or internet outages;

    • Transportation disruptions;

    • Labor interruptions;

    • Equipment failures; or

    • Similar unforeseen events.

Firefighter Safe will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and provide rescheduling or refund options consistent with the Class Cancellation, Transfer, and Attendance Policy.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or a website purchase will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Montgomery County, Ohio.

20. Changes to These Terms

Firefighter Safe may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Changes generally apply prospectively. The version accepted at the time of a completed purchase will ordinarily govern that transaction unless a change is required by law.

21. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
